I feel like it has potential but I also think there’s a lot better alternatives that stay a little more grounded. I like the creativity but I also think movies are more scary when they’re realistic and so staying more real would be a good choice for some imo

Weapons did it 10x better imo. Felt more like a cop out in Longlegs.

Weapons did it much better. Longlegs also had a exposition dump at the climax that could’ve been shown through Lee regaining her memory but instead we got told by her mom

I certainly think if you’re going to go supernatural or in that direction you should keep it more vague like weapons did
