American Psycho was directed by a woman tho, so it just sounds like you want to tell a woman how to do her job

The directing was fine, the problem I had with it was just the writing. To me it came off as basically Wolf of Wall Street but for people who were too stupid to understand that Jordan Belfort was a bad guy unless it was explicitly spelled out for them
