It’s very very very overhyped. No one is capable of being normal about it and it keeps being shoved into Oscar conversations by the 3 movies a year crowd

i would probably agree if i had seen the movie (i’ve seen some of curry barker’s short films and uh… yikes) but all OP is saying is they liked it a lot. they’re not demanding oscar buzz or barking at people who didn’t like the movie. what’s the big deal?

I disagree with the opinion. I laughed at it. It’s called discourse. You can have an opinion, doesn’t mean I can’t take a shot at it if I want to.

If I think it’s a dumb opinion, I’m going to laugh at it. I could make fun of you for that stupid context picture if I wanted. Is it mean? Is it just banter? Me laughing at the opinion was banter.
