I hope you know Fox News and 20th Century Fox are two different entities of the Fox brand. Fox is split up into three different brands: 20th Century Fox for film and television, Fox News and Fox Sports. 20th Century Fox was bought by Disney, Fox News and Fox Sports wasn’t as Disney already owns ABC News and ABC Sports/ESPN
