use all of apres prep (primer, ph bonder and extend gel) i used to use beetles and they used to pop off so quick but switching to aprés def helps them to stay on so much longer and its not too pricey

Focus on filling your nails and the fake nail and get a dehydrator I use Mia secret. Then get some pure acetone to dry out your natural nail. My nails stay on 3+ weeks with no lifting
