Why is it always Scott Foster and never Haliburton went 0/6 in a Finals game?

I'm still salty about the foul call on AJ Green at the end of OT in game 5 of the first round. The last 2 minute report said it shouldn't have been a foul, but Hali got the free throw and Pacers won by 1. Probably doesn't change the outcome of the series but it's a tangible example of a bad call directly affecting the game, unlike the officiating in the Finals
