i work at a school and we have to talk about shooter drills n stuff and it triggers me soooo bad but i have to lock in

Tbh unless you live in an area with a lot of mentally unstable people you’re probably fine. In all the years I’ve attended and worked at schools (I work in the same district I attended) I’ve never been worried.

i work at a title-1 school and have witnessed a school shooting so i’m very sensitive to the topic now lol. just the realities of living in this country and having ocd 😵‍💫
