YES, I pick my scalp awfully bad I have huge scabs that bleed and ooze plasma bc I pick them sm. I’ve been trying to use Scalpicin it’s like liquid hydrocortisone you can get it at Walmart it helps sm with the itching from the scabs and also like anti-dandruff shampoo that helps with the itchiness from the scabs. I recently just ordered a picky pad and it’s been helping sm, I also will crinkle my shirt I’m wearing or crumble paper if I’m alone to just get that urge out

Yup. It doesn’t help that I have some rarer form of dandruff that is a nightmare to deal with, which adds even more things to pick at.

glad to know i’m not alone with all the scalp pickers in chat today, my shit is constantly scabbed over and bleeding, PLUS I have lupus that fucks with my skin and causes scales and dandruff and scabs all the time which of course I pick at which makes them worse
