Honestly I understand why it can be considered a psychotic symptom but I also think this is very often an -ism of some sort. Like. She’s just gay. That’s how we dress. The fact that it’s odd to a cishet isn’t surprising 😭 Reminds me of the one where a black woman with new braids was hitting her head and the white drs tried to send her for a psych consult 🫩
