Same!! Like last night it took everything in me to not bash my head into the desk, pull my hair, or scratch at myself. I always feel so ashamed for it cause in that moment I feel like I need to hit something

Literally same I had to stop myself from slamming my head straight into the wall bc I was so frustrated
