I have OCD and when I get intrusive thoughts that I can’t shake, I do grounding exercises. this one is pretty common and ik seems silly but it really works. It might be hard to convince yourself to try it since it seems like it won’t do anything, but I promise it will help. my mom used to have to force me to do it bc I was always convinced it wouldn’t do anything. but after being proven wrong enough times, i just trust the process now lol
