I’ve had someone who has it tell me it is. But that’s secondhand info so I can’t give you much more then that

i guess it depends on how it impacts you? i have cptsd but it doesn’t really impact the way i navigate the world and communicate with people. but if you feel like it fits then sure!

I am not a psychologist or anything like that, but from my understanding I think it should be? It’s a difference from how a brain is typically supposed to function, which would be a neuro divergence. Just by literal definition. I’m not sure if it’s classified that way though.
