Environmental changes help a little. My school has library “cubicles” where your sight line is blocked on 3 sides. If you power off your phone and lock it away, limit your computer browser tabs, and put on noise reducing headphones or earplugs, it can help a little with the external distractions. And then try to trick yourself into thinking that what you are working on is exciting and hope that hyperfixation occurs 😩 but that doesn’t always work w/ brain chaos
