I've always just felt like I'm puppeting a body from a distance. I've never felt like a person, I've always felt like a spectator/far removed from everything.

this could derealization and/or dissociation, I've experienced those separately from time to time and it can feel daunting and suffocating at times, I hope you're able to get through it fr

put time into yoga and other integrative practices that focus on you learning to be in, take care of, and trust your body

This was me before transitioning. It was dysphoria. Gender dysphoria is why I felt like I was living someone else’s instead of my own. Not saying you’re trans or anything but for me changing my sex improved this feeling so much

this is crazy how relevant this is cause literally a day or two ago i had gotten super dysphoric and im pretty sure it's what's put me in a dissociative state

sounds more like dissociation that derealization the later is a pretty distinct thing and less common
