I don’t want to end it or die, but I do want a radical change. I am very unhappy. Whats a practical alternative to it that has a relatively low risk of ending in homelessness? Should I move to a random state in the midwest?

there’s a book called Hello Cruel World that was written for exactly this purpose, a collection of possible steps one might take as “alternatives to suicide”, complete with a rating scale based on potential danger. pretty neurodivergent-friendly too, i.e. you can skim it for reference without reading the whole thing. highly recommend

This is way too much with way too little information Can you add more details? Whereabouts are you? How are you financially? What are you unsatisfied with? Your job? Where you're located?
