Downing acetaminophen by the fistful (hyperbolically) because it’s not like it’s gonna make me more autistic (I’m on my period and in ✨agony✨ I’ve heard that ibuprofen works better but the last time I took it, I had an anaphylactic reaction 🤩)

I’ve used aspirin before, because I ran out of everything else, and it kinda helped

Love with all the respect in the world why the fuck would you continue to take a medication that put you into an anaphylactic state 😭

Fun fact autism can make periods worse. I hope you feel better! Also acetaminophen is called paracetamol outside the US, but it’s the same thing.

I’m not! I can take acetaminophen/tylenol, so I’ve been doing that. It’s just not working as well as I’d like for it to unforch :( Ibuprofen and aspirin are in a different category of meds, so I don’t take them. I’m just whining cause I’ve heard that for some people (who aren’t allergic) ibuprofen works better than tylenol, so I’m wishing I could take it

Midol is acetaminophen based and is what works best for my cramps! I have PCOS and a few other complications that make my cramps awful - that’s my tried and true lol

Asprin is also an NSAID like ibuprofen, so they wouldn’t be able to take it.
