I’m so full of rage, like I get rage baited (I think) almost every day and I start yelling loudly; I can’t help but yell cause I’m so mad, like I think there’s some sort of voice or entity in my head that makes me that way

Working on emotional regulation is an uphill battle, but I’ve made a lot of progress in the past year alone. It sounds obvious, but pointedly not engaging with situations/people who upset you is important, and it’s a good place to start. I also recommend journaling or voice memos while you’re angry, which helps you pick out thought patterns that get you stuck.
