I feel exactly the same way. I’m 99% sure I have undiagnosed ADHD and that my dad has it to, but something about my mom finding out makes me uncomfortable. Almost like she wouldn’t believe me or would think it’s an excuse. If anyone knows of a cheap way to get tested I’ll do it
