i think its at least partialy that you cant see thru milk and so theres a level of uncertainty? i feel like it is also that milk can "go bad" in a way that water and soda cant and so the idea of somebody else's mouth bacteria getting into it (despite it having no immediate affect) is gross and scary

makes sense because milk is thicker than saliva, but water or soda is more similar in viscosity to saliva

I find that totally rational because I would rarely share any glass anyway. (Maybe 1 sip?) but milk does feel even weirder.

okay, i’m glad someone else thinks that. when my dad jokingly drinks some, i literally pour it out or tell him to keep it. i just can’t. it’s gross.
