For a given row, it looks like you just superimpose the image in the left column and the image in the middle column to get the image in the right column. All dots are erased, and anything outside the perimeter of the image is also erased (see the middle row). I’m confident you had it right with F

Im actually thinking maybe F if what the pattern is a combination of the two elements horizontally in each row to create the third one but idk

complexity in function. the third item of each row is a combination of the previous two and visually simplified but structurally synthesised. g follows a similar visual rule, while f is just kinda rearranging things. imagine it as having a salad vs having a smoothie
