Worst part of cPTSD, IMO, is how long it can take to figure out that it’s going on, since it’s often little t trauma.

Yea it sucks I’m still not technically diagnosed but I truly have no fucking idea what else it could be atp😭 esp since I have a friend who’s diagnosed who thinks I 100% have it. Like I have flashbacks I really dunno what the hell else could cause that. I really wanna get diagnosed so I can actually fucking start treating it better and learning to manage it more.
