Okay guys after some quick research here’s an Etsy listing, it’s not a custom, it’s ‘Clown Smurf McDonalds Promo Jester Figurine 1996 Peyo’ released only in Europe I think 😭 Some pics have the face being darker some are light like the photo i think it depends on lighting. But I think it’s safe to say that this isn’t black face, from a concerned black person 💗😭

He’s so cool! I also have a lot of older Smurf figurines and they are definitely darker blue than for example the smurfs in the new movies but they are still very much blue that was just the style

Yeah lowkey i was not expecting this to be the reaction of my favorite object lmao. I mean its good to be diligent about stuff like that but yeah it takes like 2 seconds to see its just dark lighting on a smurf that are notoriously a deep blue color haha
