Honestly for all the tricks and tips people give out to focus. They fucking pale in comparison to just taking my meds regularly and getting enough sleep/ to eat. Meds just feel like the key that makes this shit POSSIBLE

When I take them I start to feel like a normal human person again who is capable of being alive lmao. And when I take them AND have enough sleep I start to even be able to pull AHEAD of where I’m supposed to be in my classes

This is understandable because weed does lowkey make you have more adhd symptoms like it’s just difficult to evaluate accurately, are you able to take a month off of smoking to get tested? That’s all they really need although ik that can be a lot especially when weed is used to self medicate a lot of stuff

I’m pretty sure I have both adhd and autism lol and I’m in school rn so without medication I actually need it to focus 🙃 funny how that works but also Kaiser told me it needed to be 90 fucking days -.-
