I’m sorry you’re having such a hard day. Have you recently had your meds adjusted by chance? I used to react very similarly when getting dosages right with certain meds. Especially if meds weren’t correct and I had my menstrual cycle - that had me all fucked up. But also even if that’s not it you’re allowed to have bad days. I know they suck, but I also know you’ve got this! Sending some love your way! 💕

See that’s the confusing thing. My meds haven’t been adjusted. I’ve been taking it as directed. For some reason, it’s like I didn’t take anything at all even though I took my meds. I haven’t had a day that bad in a long time. I’m hoping today will be better.
