If anyone is wondering, #1 had said that the op doesn’t have anything, and that people with adhd should just forget about it. #1 then followed it up by saying a majority of the best doctors agree that you should just ignore your diagnosis completely

That is not the consensus among most doctors at all. A majority believe treatment is what’s most effective, that is why we have medications, therapy, skill work, and accommodations

Only a small minority believe leaving a disability completely untreated is the best way to go for disabled patients, and those doctors are generally pretty controversial
