Oh yeah, especially when I’m in a long stretch of getting almost enough sleep but being, like, an hour short… a year ago, I was 20, spent 2 months straight being 1-2 hours short on sleep EVERY NIGHT, at the end I was regressing to either 10 or 15 after 7 pm each night (they were a lot alike for me, I can’t tell for sure which age I regressed to).
