I think it is very normal to desire certainty, but unfortunately most things remain uncertain until the last moment. If you’re religious something that helps with the stress of uncertainty is just trying to have faith that it will be ok even if you don’t know what is going to happen.

I know 😔 I’m incredibly rigid in my thinking and if I have a plan it’s hard for me to deviate from it, I’m working on it though I’m pushing myself out of my comfort zone and taking risks but it’s a process
