Adderall high enough to cause a panic attack but propranolol so we don’t get chest pains wheeeee

Frfr like the amount is *helpful* to a noticeable degree when I don’t take it BUTTTT it’s still not high enough totally and I wonder if I’m just broken. It makes me question if I even have ADHD because why isn’t it resolving my issues completely? 😢

sammmme. my meds are non stimulants so maybe a stimulant would work better idk
