I also just started a stimulant! Currently at 15 hours. I feel okay now but was really jittery earlier. I think it sometimes takes a bit to adjust, I intend to give it a few more days.

As someone who’s been on ADHD meds for 10+ years, after you find the correct dose, most of the side effects will stop over time.
