My parents tried to get me into the the gifted classes bc I scored highly on some tests but I’m too slow a reader and I didn’t pass that test for those classes.

you’re not gifted you were just slightly above average. we got mfs out here thinking they were the next Einstein when in reality they just could solve a rubix cube and compartmentalize info better than some.
