Does anyone else love having a name for things regarding past traumas and experiences? Meaning a “valid” named reason for how you are acting or why you are the way you are. I sometimes say things like “Is this normal & an actual thing?” to my therapist

It’s helpful to have a name for things to be able to label them and identify how you feel in situations. However my mother flips a fucking nutty every time I go “well I have imposter syndrome” 😑 (not like I’m diagnosing myself with autism Gretchen 🙄)
