How do people remember to do bodily functions? I once forgot to pee for 36 hours and didn’t notice until I saw a bathroom and realized I hadn’t gone. Can’t remember to eat or drink usually, too. Is this some neurotypical secret or am I just crazy?

I just have to force myself to eat and drink, and get into a routine with it. Always have a bottle or cup of water within your field of vision and keep food where you can see it. It’s also helpful to keep a sort of schedule
