Christmas is overstimulating, and I hate it. I’m shaking and crying because I’m an autistic mess of a human. 6 hours straight so far of loud Christmas music and family, not aloud to use earplugs or leave. Yelled at twice. Zero break. End me now

Op I hope you’re done and can go home and rest. I am so thankful that I don’t have a huge family that forces me to stay and “celebrate” Christmas together
