As someone who’s equally gets rlly nervous to networking, how do you do it??

I had a thought of what I wanted to talk about and I sorta just went for it and hoped they knew what I was asking about and went from there, and I’ve gotten comfortable talking with ppl about professional stuff - I’ve got lots of practice. I had stuff sorta memorized or planned out but not exactly, so that I wasn’t saying a script
