Nice! I just use my antidepressant most of the time ngl cause that’s a side effect of it and doesn’t last until morning anymore. It’s not very potent but it helps. But I’ve used magnesium glycinate in the past too. The problem with that one is it just works SO WELL that I sleep for like 13 hours lmao. Just gotta find a lower dose I guess. And I’ll get on progesterone eventually too but you only take that like once a week I think so
Well I’m also a trans girl so I guess I’ll be taking it the same way probably lmao. I just thought it was once a week for some reason ig. Maybe it just varies person to person. Idk I’m still pretty early on hrt lol. And yea def get some it works super well. And unlike melatonin it doesn’t lose efficacy over time or fuck up your sleep hormones if you take too much. Just maybe find a lower dose than the target nature valley or smth bottle lol cause that’s the one I got and it was too much.
