yayyyy im happy it helped!!! its definitely distracting but i think helps kinda calm the nerves too in a way that build up by literally shaking them or swiping them away. ofc idk the science behind it but its always helped me at least come back better than if i just sit w the cringy feeling until i eventually move past it hahah
haha yeah it’s a pretty nice way to kinda find a way to calm our nervous system down like on our own since yk it’s more difficult to do naturally anyway😅 pretty interesting how brains work even if i tend to wish i could not have one LMAOO. & true/makes sense i do the same w OCD in a way. where intrusive thoughts come in and then i literally just force this image of a delete or explosion button i hit a few times in my mind until i feel better like it’s something that im actively going against😀
