You need a burner, they’re like $20-30 online. Then you just need blank disks and a computer/laptop. There’s tutorials online but it’s really easy, the hardest part is just downloading the thing you want to put on the disk

You can use OBS to record your screen I don’t know about putting the recording on a cd though
