Please take time for yourself. It is really easy to spread yourself too thin trying to do it all when you’re neurodivergent. I pushed myself way too hard into autistic burnout. So just carve out time for yourself - quiet time. Maybe it’s lying in bed with the lights off and some calming music for 30 minutes. Maybe it’s going to sit under a tree for a bit and listen to the ambient sounds. Maybe a shower or bath where you linger for a while just to breathe and exist. Recenter often.
Find neurotypicals that are chill and patient. Usually it helps to have motivated people with goals around you so it rubs off. I find studying easier with people like that. If you are struggling with mental health, I don’t recommend hanging around people with similar issues as when I did it made my executive disfunction wayyyy worse. Also take lots of breaks between studying and short activities for a quick serotonin boost b4 going back to work.
