If you’re ok with a few dollars a month (3? I think) TickTick is good. You can make different dashboards (school,work,cleaning,home,etc whatever you want) and the organize tasks within them. And tag them different things. They all appear on the calendar in different colors. If you give them dates (which has lots of options, I can describe if you want) they will all organize on the calendar automatically. Also built in habit tracker, pomodoro timer, task importance organizer, etc if you like

u just have to make everything yourself if u don't find a template u like 😭 but i made my own planner and i love it

If only I actually quite knew 😭 just more settings the better. I love over the top detail and customization in functionality and aesthetics (so think like as an example alter reminders need to have tons of options but so does everything really the more of everything the better)

ugh i know they advertise their ai bot a lot but you can use notion without it!! idk why they say "powered by ai" when it's literally not... i promise i hate ai 😭

After looking through a bunch of apps I think I’m going to try planmore which has enough functionality in the free version but also the premium version is only $2.99 a month and has cheap year and lifetime options so that’s cool. Doesn’t look like ai is in any part of it and other apps I checked out that I don’t think have ai I but decided not to use are ‘artful agenda’ and ‘calendars: schedule planner’
