i do a mix of cornell method with the normal outline style when i take notes. but i find that writing them down, even for a second time for harder classes, really helps with my memory when i study. but i have to talk out loud as if im teaching someone who doesn’t fully understand the materials

If it’s a lack of interest, then it’s a bit silly but you gotta gaslight yourself into thinking it’s fun and you’re excited to do it. I mean like say to yourself “Can’t wait to learn more about ——“ and smile while thinking about it and doing it. Think about how interesting different parts of it were after class. Even if you know you hate it just keep thinking about how awesome it is. It doesn’t need to feel like it’s working either just keep doing it.
