One of my favorite album is waltz for Debby by Bill Evans. Such a calming textural jazz album. Bill Evans is one of my collected artist. He was traditionally a classical pianist , but turned into jazz artist. He excellent with the use of harmony and melody coming from classical trained background and improvisational skill jazz
