as an autistic girl who grew up w/ mostly male family members i tend to naturally gravitate towards male classmates/coworkers/etc. i wish there was a sure fire way for me to know that they are not attracted to me but also still view me as a human being yk

I can understand the sentiment, I both want more female friends, as I just feel more comfortable around them, and also want to find a girlfriend and would hate to ruin any friendships that I currently have. It doesn’t help that for my entire life I’ve found it incredibly difficult to tell the difference between platonic love and romantic love, and I’ve had to ask myself if I had feelings for my friends multiple times. I would also say there’s nothing wrong with being attracted to you as long as

They respect your boundaries, and don’t try to test them and don’t try to do anything that they wouldn’t do to someone that was in a relationship already.
