I like making collages. Part of the fun is just stockpiling and categorizing/organizing a bunch of random stuff to use (ribbons, stickers, packaging/tags/wrappers with cute designs, magazines, pretty paper, fabric scraps, beads, etc)

Crochet is a good one! If you make small things, projects work up fast. You can also crochet while doing something else like talking or watching something which makes it more interesting if it starts feeling boring. Whittling is a good one too

Here’s a list I compiled for someone at my school, I can help point you in the next direction for any of these I can also recommend a ton of hobbies that are more expensive than what’s listed if you have the cash to burn

I really love crocheting. It clears my mind and yields a tangible immediate result, but if you don’t already know how to, it can be really frustrating to try to learn. I also LOVE working with plants (having houseplants and gardening). It’s probably my favorite thing. There’s always something to do, makes my house feel nicer, and you can SEE the growth. I started some seeds not too long ago and they’ve been growing like crazy and it’s so satisfying to watch and tend

I am ADHD and Autism and I’m pretty personable when you get to know me, so I have a lot. But my favorite of all…. Disney Theme Parks. It screams autism.

same!! this got me through lockdown and has been a consistent hobby and outlet since. but it really depends on what you're interested in, maybe you're more into music or crochet or fishing or games or something
