Same I literally have no idea what to do in that situation. I’m a teacher and every once in a while there will be a student crying in class and I have exactly zero idea of what to do. I just speak softly and tell them they can take some time in the hall if they need to, but I have nooooo idea what to say to anyone whose actively upset next to me lol

I seriously have no idea what to do I just kinda freeze. Like do I ask if there ok? There clearly not. Maybe it’s because I don’t ever cry so I can’t relate to the situation but I just freeze
