I have ADHD and I was in a relationship with person with severe PTSD, when I started dating them I had no idea. They made me question literally everything I did and now i’m left to figure out myself again… I literally poured all of my being into them… I don’t know what to do. And dating isn’t going to help

Literally always. I suffer from Multiple Sclerosis, Depression and Anxiety and then I’m in a toxic af relationship but I’m 6 years in with a toddler and kind of stuck and no one gets me especially when it comes to my neurodivergence and it’s SO isolating

I have ADHD and Anxiety 😇 my life is split between the moving fast lane and the “should I do it” “should I not do it” lane

I have learned that you can’t think of it as a hindrance, but more of a superpower… you have to learn to love parts of yourself

This is why they say hurt people hurt people. Honestly I would say just try to remember that whatever they had you questioning has nothing to do with you or how your brain works and everything to do with theirs. You loved them to the fullest and I hate how people dont communicate stuff like that and just expect others to be able to handle it. You didn’t deserve it and you did nothing wrong

I think that also depends on where you are in the spectrum
