The parents thing is too fucking real. My degree is in telecommunications and I want to try for a masters in library science one day, why is my dad sending me an application link to exclusively blue collar jobs that will destroy my already shitty physical health at like. Politically conservative companies. Well I know why he is ig but it’s just annoying

They think bc I have a psych degree I can like “do” psychology like no babe my degree doesn’t do shit lwk I thought I’d have a job and security in bouncing districts if needed. I can’t do HR or social work those also need certs and degrees. I can’t do therapy. I can teach. I’m teacher Barbie that’s what I do
