Putting yourself in risky situations doesn’t make you responsible for people assaulting you. That’s still on them

Like the violent r*pe involving multiple ppl that was so traumatic it shocked me out of the mania? Can't help but feel like it's all my fault. Or even that I made it up and it didn't happen, bc thinking back, it was just so comically horrible I can't register it as real. I then slipped into a 2 year depression after allat 😭👍
