idk who needs to hear this but it took me until 21 to sleep with the TV off at night. as long as you’re getting the rest you need it really doesn’t matter what tools you use to get that!!!!It matters a little bit sometimes. Like if you’re abusing Benadryl and literally melting your brain to sleep. Not good, that does matter. Or abusing alcohol or other drugs to get tired enough to sleep and avoiding seeking actual medical help. But tv/music/sound machines, totally 100% fine (and light therapy for adhd is a real validated medical practice, they make a specific type of light box and everything. Worth a try!)
