a year isn’t that bad in library standards lol. they’d much rather have it back late than not at all!!!

Most library no longer have late fines if that makes you feel any better

I also remember my university doing the same in parking fines during amnesty week if you donated peanut butter. Which I saw a personal attack as I am allergic to peanuts but I digress

Better late than never! They’ll def just be happy to get the books back, returning library books late happens all the time, they’ll understand

I used to work at a library and it was honestly pretty common. I once had someone turn in books that were over 40 years overdue

Yea from what I know about librarians they do not judge about that lol. I probably have some books at my moms house that I lost in elementary school and never returned
