And you know things are getting real when you start complaining to your therapist that you need anxiety medication at night due to the worst anxiety spikes because that’s me atm 😭

i’m on an anxiolytic & antidepressant bc just the anxiolytic wasn’t enough to calm my anxiety

Yeah my therapist recommended I also get an Ativan prescription to help manage situational anxiety symptoms. Because I thought it was interesting when I figured out my situational anxiety is much more severe than my regular anxiety symptoms lol
